Dream villa right at the beach

Plenty of room for the perfect holiday: Villa Fernando is a light-flooded property on a quiet garden plot. Over three levels the villa's classy woven and wood furniture creates an elegant but relaxed beach house atmosphere. Upstairs, the view sweeps through the windows of the spacious living room far above the nearby sea. A fantastic view also awaits in the luxurious outdoor area behind the house: a large terrace in front of the lush, flowered garden and secluded pine forest is a shady spot for a deep rest. In the cosy rattan furniture or the grand garden pavilion with open sides, the Dolce Far Niente can be celebrated as it's meant to be. From the front garden, it is only a few steps over the manicured lawn to the bright, fine sand and the turquoise-blue sea. A decorative bamboo fence separates the villa from the neighbouring Villa Massidda, which can be rented as needed and can accommodate up to eight people.

Perfekte Strandlage, zum Einkaufen braucht man das Auto !

Wir waren vom 14. September bis 4. Oktober im Haus. Die erste Wochen waren die Strandbars noch geöffnet. Leider waren die zweite und dritte Woche die Bars geschlossen bis auf eine die demzufolge überfüllt war.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella villa Fernando per 12 notti insieme ai nostri amici ed è stato tutto magnifico. Le referenti sono state gentilissime e disponibili ogni volta che abbiamo chiamato o chiesto informazioni. La casa è attrezzata di tutto, ha un giardino bellissimo ed è fronte mare e ha una vista mozzafiato. Consiglio vivamente

Alles war perfekt - von der Buchung bis zur Abreise. Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt in ruhiger Lage direkt am Meer. Vor Ort wurden wir herzlich von Frau Sandra empfangen. Sie war jederzeit erreichbar, stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und war eine große Hilfe, als mein Vater krank wurde. Besonders wertvoll war es, in dieser Situation jemanden zu haben, der Deutsch spricht. Ich kann sowohl die Agentur als auch das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus ist ideal für große Familien und bietet viel Platz und Komfort. Auch der reibungslose Ablauf bei der Übergabe und Abnahme war sehr angenehm - alles verlief unkompliziert und professionell. Die Ansprechpartnerin war jederzeit hilfsbereit und ansprechbar. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt.

Wunderschöne Lage, tolle Villa, toller Service

Die Villa Fernando liegt direkt am Strand und Meer, die Lage ist traumhaft. Die Villa selbst ist gut ausgestattet, hat schöne Schlafzimmer, bietet eine tolle Aussicht und der Garten ist schön angelegt, mit unterschiedlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten (Terasse vorne und hinten, Gartenlounge mit weitem Blick übers Meer und Liegestühle. Der Service und die Betreuung ist (bei Bedarf) wirklich großartig und wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Zeit dort war wunderschön und wir haben den ständigen Zugang zum Strand und Meer sehr genossen. Danke an das gesamte Team, dass uns so spontan beraten und alles möglich gemacht hat und danke auch, an die lieben Mitarbeitenden vor Ort!!!

Wir hatten einen traumhaft schönen Urlaub in der Villa Fernando. Die direkte Strandlage und der Garten waren wunderschön. Das Meer war wirklich kristallklar und der Strand sehr sauber. Entspannung pur im Paradies! Die Beratung und der Service von Sardegna waren außerordentlich gut, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir haben die Villa Fernando für unsere Familien gemietet. Diese liegt direkt am Meer und Strand und ist einfach traumhaft. Der Garten ist wunderschön und eine Pforte führt direkt auf den Strand. Das Meer hat Karibische Züge und schimmert wunderschön in blau und türkis Tönen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, fast wie Zuhause. Dankeschön an das Team der Sardegna und auch vor Ort besonders an Sandra.

Die Villa Fernando befindet sich direkt am Meer. Wirklich direkt am Meer. Das Haus ist relativ grosszügig und mit acht Personen hat man genügend Platz. Der Esstisch vor dem Haus liegt praktisch immer im Schatten und ist gedeckt. Man kann den Tisch somit immer nutzen. Die Badezimmer und auch die Küche wurden kürzlich renoviert. Die Betreuung durch die Vermietung war sehr gut. Wer den Strandurlaub sucht, findet mit der Villa Fernando einen perfekten Platz.

Einfach nur traumhaft...in der Villa mit traumhaftem Ausblick und sensationeller Lage war alles perfekt. Der Strand war in den zwei Wochen im April menschenleer und ich konnte diesen ganz für mich alleine genießen und mich so richtig erholen. Die Betreuung durch die Sardegna gmbh hat einwandfrei geklappt. Es war hervorragend...vielen Dank! Kann nur sagen - ich komme wieder!

Beaches

Santa Margherita

A sandy beach, a few kilometres long. One section is part of the famous Forte Village holiday resort. The beach lies parallel to the SS 195 from km 38-41. It is only accessible from a few points, for example at km 39.8 right beside the Forte Village Hotel. Turn off and drive through the arch saying "La Pineta".

Pinus Village

A small bay for swimming, only a few hundred metres wide, bordered by a stony cliff-lined coast many kilometres long. Ideal for children because the water is very shallow. Turn off at km 41,8 SS 195.

Su Portu

The first of Chia's glorious beaches. Facing the sea, this beach is to the left of the old Spanish watchtower on the hill. A small island lies nearby.

This beach between Sa Colonia and Campana runs past a lagoon where a great many seabirds can be found.

Campana

The access road lies opposite the Hotel Chia Laguna, and you drive past the small golf course towards the sea. This small, very sheltered beach is only accessible on foot and lies between the Campana Dune and Monte Cogoni beaches.

Campana Dune

Take the access road opposite the Hotel Chia Laguna and drive towards Spiaggia Su Giudeu. This fabulous sandy beach lies between the Campana and Su Giudeu beaches, right alongside the sand dunes that reach up to 20 metres high. You can also watch the pink flamingos in the neighbouring lagoon.

Su Giudeu

The longest and perhaps the best of Chia's beaches, it has a small, rocky island lying offshore and a lagoon, which usually throngs with flamingos. Drive to the end of the road where you will find a car park with shaded parking spaces.

s'Abba Durci

The beach of s'Abba Durci (which is Sardinian meaning fresh water beach) is the long sandy beach on the south side of the island of Giudeu, forming part of the scenic dune formation Spartivento. At the end of the dirt road, there is a large car park with a bar and showers. On the same beach in summer, several establishments that offer water sports, entertainment and bar service.

Cala Cipolla

The last of Chia's beaches can only be reached on foot from Su Giudeu: a small, picturesque bay with sand, rocks and an unspoilt macchia landscape behind the beach.

Tuerredda

Drive past the Chia beaches and follow the road along the coast. After about 5-7 km, you will encounter the deep blue waters of Tuerredda and its sweeping sandy bay, with another rocky offshore island in the middle.

A sandy beach in the immediate vicinity of the Nora archaeological excavations, about 2 km away from Pula.

I Fichi

A long sandy beach that takes its name from the fig trees that grow over much of Sardinia (unfortunately not on this beach). From the Pula town centre, the beach can be reached by heading towards Nora and turning left at the last road junction, towards Cagliari. Immediately after having turned left, make a right into an unpaved road that leads you to the beach.

Su Guventeddu

A sandy beach directly adjacent to I Fichi beach. From the Pula town centre, it can be reached by heading towards Nora. After the junction, drive towards Cagliari some 700 metres and then turn right onto a dirt road that leads to the beach.

Malfatano

The beach just beneath the Cape of Malfatano. Behind the bay with the small fish boats turn off left (signposted). Here you also have the possibility to rent motorboats, and if you reserve beforehand, you can have dinner right on the beach. (+39-3409004069)

Piscinnì

The Piscinni beach, belonging to the municipality of Domus de Maria, is a few kilometres from the beach of Tuerredda and Malfatano Cape. The beach is consists of fine white sand with crystal-clear waters shimmering from green to turquoise. The seabed is sandy and low. There is the presence of rocks, and the beach appears rough and wild. Behind the beach is a saline lake, which in the summer months dries completely.

Small bays on the coastal road to Teulada are signposted. The small rocky islands offshore and the diverse sea bed make them ideal beaches for snorkelling and scuba-diving.

Next to the Nora excavation site there is an aquarium with a reefing station for giant tortoises. A visit is especially suitable for children. Teulada Charter - Porto Tramatzu

Go and discover the most beautiful and inaccessible coves and beaches of south Sardinia. Archeological Excavation of Nora

The city, founded by Phoenicians, is perhaps the oldest of Sardinia, as it is carved in the stele of the same name (9th-8th century BC). Nora is located 36 km from Cagliari, on a small bay sheltered from the wind. Some of the remains are from Phoenician and Carthaginian times; However, most of them are from the Roman era. Many finds are located in the Archaeological National Museum in Cagliari, but some pieces are also exhibited in the local museum in Pula. Open daily from 9:00-19:00 or until sunset.

Domus de Maria

Domus de Maria is located in the deep south of the island and its territory contains a myriad of breathtaking natural wonders, ranging from the splendid and renowned beaches of the Chia district to the mountains covered by forests. The area is characterised by long beaches with imposing dunes where age-old junipers grow undisturbed and by granite peaks and luxuriant woods where it is not unusual to come across deer or boars. The territory has been inhabited since the Nuragic Age, as shown by the Baccu Idda Nuraghe and the numerous betilic stones of Punta Su Sensu. The town of Bithia was of extreme importance and is found today within the district of Chia. One of the events that cannot be missed is the Fig Festival, the sweet and succulent fruit of the Chia area, the Fish Festival in the month of May and the Feast of 's'Arroseri" in honour of the Madonna del Rosario, the Patron Saint of the village, which is celebrated on the first Sunday in October.(sardegnaturismo.it)

Pula

Crystal clear waters lap its shores, and every summer its long and sandy coast is a popular destination for a great number of tourists who help to increase the economic activity of the village. Pula is extremely well known for the important archaeological area of Nora, a large Roman amphitheatre that lies directly on the sea and is used for a music festival in summer. Pula is a lively and extremely active centre which preserves many typical urban characteristics of the lower Campidano area. It is well known for the excellence of its fruits, such as figs and the “Camona” tomatoes. The Archaeological Museum is found in the village and preserves the findings from the Nora area. The heartfelt feast in honour of Sant'efisio, the Feast of San Giovanni Battista and the Feast of Sant'Isidoro can not be missed. Municipal museum - Domus de Maria

Laguna di Nora - Pula

The open air museum between the beaches of Agumu and the Fradis Minoris peninsula and offers a view of the impressive Nora lagoon. The basin receives the waters of Rio Arrieras, on whose mouth the most representative species of the lagoon live: ducks, herons and garzettes. The main theme of the exhibition is the Mediterranean water fauna and is dedicated to environmental education. From June to September it can be visited at set times; from October to May, upon reservation for groups.

Archeological Museum "Giovanni Patroni" - Pula

The small museum is an indispensable complement to the ruins of Nora, and the same ticket can be used. The highlight of the collection is the “gorgoneion” (head of gorgonians) covered in gold foil. It is also represented on the logo of the museum and found in a tomb chamber of the Punic necropolis of Nora. Opening hours: 9:00-20:00 (summer); 9:00-17:30 (winter); Closed Mondays
