Beach of Nora

Pulas beaches

Pula - dazzling, endless beaches and ancient ruins

Pula and its beaches are some of the most popular in southern Sardinia:  The scarcely populated coastal region between Capo Teulada and the popular bathing area of Santa Margherita di Pula captivate visitors with a range of bays. In the bay of Nora, you can even dive to Roman ruins. On particularly calm days, a keen eye might even be able to spot some of the underwater ruins from the shore. The further you walk along the beaches like Fox'e Sali, Cala Ostia and Spiaggia Campumatta towards Margherita di Pula, the brighter and finer the sand. Over more than ten kilometres of pencil-straight beach, fringed by small, light-coloured dunes, pine and eucalyptus trees create beautiful surroundings for all types of beach holidaymakers.

Bay of Nora

Nora is bordered by Spiaggia di Nora to the north and the bay of Porto d'Agumu to the south, less than two kilometres from the village of Pula. Emerald green, clear water and a shallow gradient also attract locals, even during high season, in addition to families with children wishing to enjoy a relaxed beach holiday. Picturesque rocks invite snorkellers and divers into a lush underwater world. Bars, restaurants and a car park are located directly at the beach.
