The magic of a country house in Sardinia
Villa Caroline is a holiday home for guests who like to live in comfort and style and spend time around the house and garden. On one terrace, a pergola provides shade from the direct sun whilst a further open terrace is perfect for sunbathing. Lush green plant islands and bright flowers in large Mediterranean pots decorate the terrace, which comes complete with a large wooden table, stools and sun loungers, forming a natural transition to the traditional-style garden behind. The villa also boasts a magnificent tiled swimming pool.
The villa spans two floors and is decorated in a modern, country house style. Upholstered furniture beckons guests to lie back and relax, whilst an open fire in the living room, a bright sitting corner and tasteful artwork and antiquities form the perfect living environment. The lovingly decorated and fully equipped kitchen has a modern design. A granite worktop and generous space invite guests to cook for family and friends.
The ground floor features a bedroom with en suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace, one further bedroom and a second bathroom, a dressing room and a small office. Two other bedrooms and one bathroom are located upstairs. The covered terrace is fully equipped to enable guests to dine outside, whilst appreciating the wonderful surrounding nature. The house also boasts a range of high-quality appliances: a washing machine and dishwasher are available, in addition to a barbecue in the garden. The property's electric heating system ensures guests optimal comfort even during the cooler months.
Fresh fish, fruit directly from farmers and modern supermarkets
Just 1 km away, the village of San Priamo has a "Pescheria" with fresh fish every day. The town of Muravera is an 8 km-drive from the house and offers a wide range of shopping options, including fashionable boutiques with Italian designer clothes and beautiful Sardinian arts and crafts, especially pottery and weaving.
Muravera’s weekly market takes place every Monday throughout the year.
