Panoramic setting directly overlooking the sea
Amazing rock formations, a turquoise green sea and soft, warm sand. In the distance, you can see the blue shimmering silhouette of the undeveloped hills in the south of the island. The long sandy beach at Campulongu is only a stone's throw away. Villa Annalisa is situated in the midst of an enchanting landscape of sandy bays, fiords and strange rock formations and thanks to its being on a slope, it has a terrific view over the sea. You will not be able to imagine getting tired of the beguiling interplay of colours and light and shade, the blue sea, the dark green macchia and the bright red bougainvillea. Up a couple of steps, past fragrant macchia bushes and wild juniper, the path leads to the cliffs in front of the house. Cala Giunco, the best sandy beach on the south coast, a landscape of dunes, lakes and open sea, can be reached in a few minutes by car and for the athletic, on foot as well.
Villa Annalisa - the house of your dreams
The imposing setting overlooking the sea, palm trees in the garden, a dark green lawn surrounded by grey granite rocks: this is your holiday dream come true. Everyday hassles are forgotten. You can lie down in the garden and watch the sailing boats and motor yachts go by.
Villa Annalisa is detached and boasts a living room with an indoor fireplace and a comfortable area for sitting down in. The dining area is somewhat raised. There are two spacious double bedrooms in the sleeping area, one of them having direct access to the garden. There is a very basic bedroom for one child. The kitchen is spartan but well equipped, with a gas cooker, washing machine, all kitchen utensils and a small 45 cm wide dishwasher. An oven is not available. The terrace, which is overlooking the sea, is furnished with a large wooden table as well as two teakwood sunbeds. There is a large lawn in the garden, which is an unusual feature this close to the sea. The border with the surrounding natural countryside is blurred, since the plot is not fenced in.

In the immediate neighbourhood
A supermarket and two restaurants are within walking distance. There are more shops, a typical Sardinian weekly market and good restaurants in the picturesque village of Villasimius 4 km away, where you can find everything from odds and ends to designer fashion. The Via del Mare is a pleasant and inviting place for an evening stroll. Villasimius marina is within walking distance, where you will find unforgettable excursions to the offshore islands of Serpentara and Molinara on offer. Villasimius golf course is likewise only 1 km away and can be booked through the Hotel Tanka Village.
