A bird’s nest above the sea
Embedded in a hillside above the magnificent beaches of Costa Rei lie the Nidi villas. Enwreathed in evergreen macchia bushes and tucked away behind strawberry bushes, the houses enjoy a prime location. From here, guests can listen to the soft rush of the sea waves along the shore, just two hundred meters away. The beach itself is easily reached by taking just eighty steps and crossing a narrow street.
Good things come in small sizes
Traditional exposed wooden beams and beautiful furniture made from dark wood creates an inviting atmosphere within the villa. The space is relatively small, but decorated with refined taste to make best practical use of the area. Nido 3 has two bedrooms with four beds. An additional pull-out sleeper sofa is located in the living room. The villa offers a spacious bathroom with a shower, a combined living-dining area with an indoor fireplace, and a pleasant dining area. The modern kitchen is integrated with the living room and comes with all the necessary amenities including a washing machine and a dishwasher.
Nido 3 has a small terrace with a dining area just before the living room. Behind the house, hidden from view by fragrant macchia bushes, is a second secluded terrace with a granite table and a stone barbeque, perfect for romantic evenings under the southern Mediterranean stars. An outdoor shower is located in the garden.

In the area
Many shopping opportunities, pizzerias and restaurants are reachable on foot. Once a week, the traditional weekly market takes place, where you can find a fantastic variety of fresh fruit and vegetables as well as local Sardinian specialty products.
