An ocean view and lots of sunshine
Appartamento Piricco is located on a gentle hill, covered in evergreen macchia. It possesses a spectacular view of the long sandy beaches of Costa Rei and the turquoise ocean waters. It is situated directly above "Rei Marina" and the beach is only 800 meters away.
A romantic holiday apartment
The tasteful rattan patio furniture creates a comfortable atmosphere for outdoor dining. Appartamento Piricco has two bedrooms with four beds in the lower storey: one double bed and one bunk bed. There is an additional bedroom in the gallery with two single beds. These can be attached to form one double bed. It has one bathroom and a living room with a dining area and a fireplace. The modern open kitchen is well-equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a BBQ on the terrace. A small garden offers space for sunbathing and can be used as a playground for children.
The surrounding houses and apartments are usually only occupied in August. Villa Piricco therefore enjoys a relatively undisturbed atmosphere. A highlight of this house is the community pool which belongs to the private houses of the area and can be accessed for a small daily fee. Alongside the pool is a highly recommended restaurant which showcases local Sardinian cuisine. The pool is open from 1.6. until 1.9. with entrance fee to be paid there.
In the area
The area around Appartamento Piricco has all the facilities you might need, including a supermarket, restaurant, fish market and several pizzerias. There is also a twice-weekly market nearby, where you can buy typical local produce, fresh fruit and vegetables and Sardinian handicrafts - all at very reasonable prices.
