From the gentle slope on which Villa Monica rests, one can enjoy open views of the turquoise water of Costa Rei. On foot it takes just a few minutes to reach the wide beach of fine, white sand. Villa Monica is a charming holiday home where you can enjoy your stay in Sardinia to the fullest.
Living outdoors
The airy, covered terrace is blessed with a light cool breeze in summer, and is an ideal place to relax. In the evening, you can watch the moon as it slowly rises from the sea. Cozy seating around the Sardinian barbeque is a favorite gathering place for the family and guests. The large, cultivated garden is highlighted by colorful hibiscus and rare white Mirto bushes. It includes a carefully maintained lawn, an outdoor shower surrounded by jasmine, and is secluded from those passing by.
Indoors, a cozy fireplace, exposed wooden beams and comfortable seating make Villa Monica an ideal "family house," even during the off-season. Villa Monica is free standing and has three bedrooms with a total of six beds, two bathrooms with showers, and a well-equipped kitchen including a washing machine and a dishwasher. Just out of view of the house is a small street that you will cross on your way to the beach.
In the area
All kinds of shopping opportunities, pizzerias, and restaurants are accessible by foot. Once a week the traditional market offers you a fantastic variety of fresh local fruits and vegetables, regional specialties and traditional craft products.
