Surrounded by verdant, evergreen macchia bushes, Niu Stori rests atop a small ledge with fantastic views of the sea and the long beach of Costa Rei. It is one of six first-class apartments and lies only one kilometer from the beach. It only takes five minutes by car, down a seldomly driven lane, to reach the beautiful crown of Costa Rei’s exquisite beaches.
An apartment with all the comforts of home
Beautiful furniture crafted from dark wood creates a cozy atmosphere within the apartment. The relatively small living area of these units has been carefully divided to maximize the use of space. Apartment Niu Stori has two bedrooms, each with a double bed. The house has a large bathroom and a combined dining- and living area. A modern kitchen is integrated into the living area and can accommodate up to 4 persons. A large refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher and an electric oven are also on hand. Furthermore, Apartment Niu Stori has air conditioning and heating, making it fully functional no matter the season. A small fee is charged for use of the heater.
The terraces are done in typical regional style, constructed of natural, pink stone. There you will find a dining table made out of stone and comfortable sun beds for outdoor relaxation. A terrace surrounds the living quarters and includes a barbeque and a practical outdoor shower.
In the area
All kinds of shopping, pizzerias, and restaurants are accessible on foot. Once a week, the traditional market offers you a fantastic variety of fresh local fruits and vegetables, regional specialties and traditional craft products.
