The Kirova terrace apartment is situated far from the tourist crowds, only 100 meters from the sea on one of the small sandy coves near Porto Rotondo. The view from the wonderful terrace apartment looks over the water. Even in blistering sunshine, it is comfortably cool on the terrace, thanks to the agreeable sea breeze. The apartment, which is nearly eighty square meters, is comprised of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living-room with a dining area and a large covered terrace with comfortable seating. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine.
Boat excursions, diving explorations or a round of golf
From sailing or motorboat tours to golf and diving, a myriad of outdoor activities await you in Porto Rotondo. Especially interesting for golf enthusiasts is the famous Piccolo Pevero golf course, only half an hour away. In the nearby center of Porto Rotondo there are a variety of shopping centers, restaurants and pizzerias. The world-class beaches of Costa Smeralda (Cala di Volpe, Romazzino, Liscia di Vacca) and the Golfo di Marinella, are reachable in just twenty minutes with a car. To explore the idyllic pedestrian streets of Oliba or the harbor quarter, you will drive less than half an hour.
