The open and design of the condominium make it an attractive residence for families with children. The spacious grounds, covered in lush vegetation, also guarantee that grown up guests can enjoy their vacation in undisturbed peace. A small boat rental facility is located on the beach in front of the house. The 27-hole golf course of Is Molas is only two miles from Is Suergius. Restaurants and numerous shopping opportunities can be found in the local town of Pula, just a stroll away. On Tuesday the weekly market takes place here and the main square is setting for concerts and entertainment throughout the summer months.
