A private gate separates the beautiful Mediterranean garden of red flowering hibiscus, palm trees and fragrant macchia shrubs from the crystal clear ocean waters, shimmering in every shade of blue. From the spacious terrace surrounding the house, your eyes behold only glittering sea, glimmering in various shades turquoise in the gorgeous summer sun.

Villa Nautilus exudes spaciousness and exclusiveness. Three hundred fifty square meters off tastefully adorned freedom provide a relaxing stay in a luxurious atmosphere. Dark woods, white fabrics and light-coloured walls predominate. This is modern country-home style at its best! An enormous interior houses several seating areas, the dining-room and a state-of-the-art kitchen. The ground floor of the house has a total of five bedrooms including three double bedrooms and a single bedroom. Two bathrooms, one of which is decorated with pink Portuguese marble, are conveniently located on this floor. A separate apartment with its own entrance, bath, bedroom, and corner kitchen, is found in the basement. The spacious terrace is furnished with comfortable seating and reclining chairs, along with a table made of Sardinian marble. This house provides the perfect opportunity to relax and daydream, enjoy a celebration, or simply take in the beauty of the natural landscape.

Enjoy a fantastic meal at a locally renowned restaurant that offers a terrace with views of the sea. Within walking distance you will find many shops at your disposal. A special attraction is the weekly Costa Rei market, where you can find Sardinian specialities, local craftwork and even fresh organic fruit and vegetables. Visitors who are keen on sports can take a bike out for a spin, explore the nearby mountains or try out the different water sports available on the nearby beaches all along the Costa Rei, which truly lives up to its royal name.
