This gorgeous estate lies in a hilly landscape, surrounded by pine forests and evergreen Mediterranean vegetation. Wild strawberries, oak trees and lavender create a fragrant atmosphere that is easy to enjoy. A breath-taking view awaits guests from the private pool which overlooks the garden and the terrace. The remains of the old Roman settlements in Nora can still be seen. Despite the fantastic view and exposure to the coast, the nearest beaches lie 6km away. The lively village of Pula and the exclusive golf course of Is Molas are reachable in just a few minutes.

Villa Fiori 4 – Paradise and a pool
An elegant atmosphere
Villa Fiori 4 lies directly next to Villa Fiori 3, and yet is reachable via its own private entry. The house is beautifully appointed, offering two bedrooms and a bathroom. The large double room, with its elegant four-poster bed and dark wooden furniture in colonial style, ensures that you will have a restful evening. The second room with two single beds is decorated in light, no-frills southern style. The open living room and kitchen area create a lovely impression with their classy amenities of natural stone tiling, white stone seating areas, an open fireplace and an Arabic-style wooden table. The built-in kitchen is perfectly equipped for the holidays with a dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and a large refrigerator with a freezer. Enjoying the outdoors is the best way to experience Sardinia. A highlight of this home is the incredible view guests can enjoy from the magnificent terrace. Furnished with sitting and lounge chairs and covered by a stylish wooden roof, the terrace is at the heart of a Mediterranean vacation. A built-in stone barbeque makes cooking outdoors an easy task. The property has an exclusive pool which lies on a slightly elevated stretch of land by a pine forest. An original Sardinian baking oven is located there, where it has been used to make pizza and bread for centuries. The serenity of this private property offers an unparalleled opportunity to relax and enjoy the outdoor natural surroundings. Here, one can unwind in decadent fashion. The only visitors at the estate are the occasional deer who wander on the grounds to partake a bit of the succulent garden. This is the true Sardinian natural experience!

People and Markets – Sport and Beaches
It is only a few minutes by car to the Sa Bacchixeddu, a family-run Sardinian restaurant. A few kilometers further on lies the town of Pula, which offers a weekly market on Tuesdays. Traditional shops, boutiques offering beautiful fashions and a plaza with an antique stone church and several street cafes await visitors. The town offers a wide array of culinary diversities from shopping in large market stores to purchasing your wares directly from the local farmers. For those who want to dine out, well-recommended restaurants are easy to find. One of the most intriguing cultural attractions lies just outside of Pula on a half-island. These are the archaeological remains of the ancient harbor city of Nora, founded in 900 B.C. South of Pula, the white sandy beaches of Chia, with dunes covered in juniper bushes, beckon for a visit. Sporting opportunities are ample in this area, including golfing at Is Molas, horse riding excursions, and boat rental from the private yacht club of Cala Verde.
