Villa Graziano lies right on the sea. The path you take to the beach passes maquis bushes and heads directly from the grounds to the sandy beach. This spot is especially suited to families with children, as the water offshore is shallow and the children can play in the water. Submerged rocks offshore invite diving and snorkeling. The sand is white and fine grained.
The villa enjoys absolute quiet
A roomy house with personality, Villa Graziano belongs to a Roman family, whose four children (now an architect, lawyers, and a notary) used to spend summers full of fun on the Costa Rei and continue to return for a couple of weeks each year. Consequently, the house is very warmly furnished. Villa Graziano has three bedrooms with eight beds, a kitchen, a bathroom that has been recently caulked, and a living room whose exposed beams and large fireplace lend a cozy feel to the place.

features an exterior fireplace, and enjoys seaside views. The kitchen and household are well equipped. Appliances on hand include a dishwasher, washing machine and a large refrigerator with freezer. A dining table and seating for eight are set around the terrace''s fireplace. The property borders the sea.
In the area
All kinds of shopping, pizzerias, and restaurants are accessible on foot. Once a week the traditional market offers you a big variety of fresh local fruits and vegetables, regional specialities and traditional craft products.
