A covered terrace with barbecue area and a well-kept garden with old trees and flowering bushes create a typically Mediterranean atmosphere. Villa Moresca has three doublebed bedrooms with a total of six beds and of two bathrooms with shower and a well-equipped modern kitchen incorporated into the living room with washing machine and dishwasher. The living room has an interior fireplace with cozy suite and one dining corner. The covered terrace and the garden, only a couple steps away, make outdoor life a delight. The property is sunny.
The house also has parking spaces for two cars. The street runs behind the house. The house is separated from the street behind it by an electric gate overgrown with jasmine and blue plumbago.
Mountains and beaches, markets and festivals
You can reach supermarkets and restaurants on foot or in a few minutes in car. We recommend a short walk on the beach to the restaurant "L'Escargot", a restaurant well known for its magnificent location directly on the sea and equipped with a lookout terrace. The weekly market at Costa Rei, where your will find Sardinian specialties, typical arts and crafts and fresh fruit and vegetables including the organic variety is an especial attraction. Sport-lovers will enjoy making bike tours, exploring the nearby mountains, or practicing different water sports on the surrounding beaches of Costa Rei, which has a right to its royal name.
In the area
All kinds of shopping, pizzerias, and restaurants are accessible on foot and opened daily in summer. Twice a week in high season the traditional market offers you a big variety of fresh local fruits and vegetables, regional specialities and traditional craft products.
