A home away from home
The house is free standing and surrounded by a lush garden with blooming bushes and shady pines. An airy covered terrace with a large garden table and plenty of room create a typically Mediterranean atmosphere. Villeta Bellioni allows you to enjoy life in the open in style. The house has three bedrooms with a total of six beds. There is one bathrooms, additional a separate toilet, a large well- kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, and a cozy living room with a small dining area. There is also a parking spot on the fenced-in property. The house is part of the settlement of houses making up the Via delle Palme.

A range of restaurants, pizzerias, a newspaper stand, a weekly market, and additional shopping opportunities are all within walking distance.
