A house of ancient beauty Villagio S. Elmo is an award-winning "Villagio," nestled on a slope overlooking the sea. It is located on a bay of rock and sand. Breathtaking vistas The house consists of two living areas which are connected by a patio. On one side are two bedrooms with four beds and a bathroom with a shower. On the other side there is a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a washing machine, a dishwasher and a separate toilet. The patio, the heart of any villa, is like a living room in the open air. This area is furnished with a large central table and comfortable recliners. Private and protected from the wind, the patio is the perfect place to enjoy the tranquil atmosphere of a Sardinian afternoon. With its prime location directly on the sea and the beautiful attention to detail that has been lavished on the living quarters and the garden, it is impossible not to enjoy the comfort of the house. Within reach A supermarket and a pizzeria are within walking distance from the villagio during the summer season. Additional restaurants and shopping possibilities are easily reached via a short drive to Costa Rei in the summer or Olia Speciosa in the winter. Car traffic is not permitted anywhere in the Villagio. The Meloni house has its own parking space at the entrance to the settlement.
