Villeta Belvedere – majestic views of the Mediterranean sea
On a hill above the sea, in the midst of an evergreen Sardinian macchia grove, lies Villetta Belvedere. A magnificent view of peaceful beaches awaits you. The sound of the waves murmurs about the house, and you can reach the shoreline itself in just a few minutes by car. The house lies only four hundred meters away from the beach.
Private terrace and tasteful ambience
Stunning furniture made of dark wood creates an inviting atmosphere within the house. Villetta Belvedere has two bedrooms with four beds (double beds), one bathroom, a combination living-dining area with a dinner table and comfortable seats. An integrated kitchen with a large refrigerator, gas stove and oven as well as a dishwasher, makes meal preparation and clean up a snap.
The beautiful terrace is constructed from Sardinian natural stone and offers a dining table and two cozy garden lounge chairs. From this wraparound terrace, guests can enjoy the surrounding evergreen macchia bushes and in the background a view of the sea. The terrace is private and just as enjoyable for a romantic holiday for two people as it is for a larger family. A stone barbeque is located on the side of the house and a secluded outdoor shower is hidden behind the villa.
In the area
Every opportunity to shop, including restaurants and pizzerias are reachable in just a few minutes by car. Especially attractive is the local market, taking place weekly in the summer on Thursdays and Saturdays next to the church. There you will find an excellent assortment of fresh fruits and vegetables as well as local Sardinian specialties.
