Villa Zoello: a comfortable vacation home in a first-class location
A pleasant living space and a lovely garden in full bloom characterize the wonderful accommodation at Villa Zoello. Palm trees spread their shade over a mature garden in which vibrant bougainvillea and yellow broom. Villa Zoello lies only three hundred meters from lovely, white-sand beaches and in a few places from within the garden, you an catch a glimpse of the sea. A short walk past a lonely road and through the evergreen macchia and reeds and you will find yourself on some of the most beautiful beaches in southern Sardinia.
A house for uncomplicated enjoyment
A thirty square meter loggia, outfitted with a large dining table, comfortable lounge chairs and a seating area offers an area for socializing with family and friends. A separate dining room, with a table, four stools and a couch are located within the house. The open kitchen is well-equipped with a washing machine and a dishwasher. Two bedrooms (one double and one triple room with a bunk bed) offer enough space for four to five people. The house has two beautifully crafted bathrooms and a practical warm-water, outdoor shower for your use. Air-conditioning is available.
In the area
Shopping, pizzerias and restaurants can be found approximately two kilometers away. During the summer the traditional market is held twice weekly, with a great selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, regional specialties and traditional handicrafts. The rocky beaches of Capo Ferrato are only a few kilometers away. Cagliari, Sardinia's capital, is a good hour's drive away
