A breathtaking view of the turquoise sea lying peacefully beneath distant cliffs and the soft ridges of the Sardinian hills can be seen from the property. A small pathway leads you away from the ocean of colorful flowers in your garden to the white sand beach in only a few small steps.

Each of the houses in Villagio Rocca S. Elmo has been constructed from pure granite, and is designed to accent the region's pastoral charm. The architect of the Villagio, Vito Sonzogni, has been the recipient of an international architecture award for his work with regionally inspired design. Casa Grecino has a charming exterior, a traditional inner courtyard, and many tasteful architectural details, such as balconies crafted from juniper wood, an old grain mill in the inner courtyard and a granite basin in the garden. The patio is private, protected from the wind, and offers an unparalleled view of the sea. The tasteful decoration of the house, the carefully groomed garden and the house’s proximity to the sea guarantee a relaxed and intimate atmosphere.
Classic elements of outdoor home design perfectly complement the modern interior designed in the Italian style. The house has two bedrooms with a total of four beds, two luxury baths (one without window), a living room with a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. A dishwasher and washing machine are available for your convenience. Comfortable lounge chairs await you in the garden behind the house. Air conditioning is available as needed for an additional charge.

Mountains and beaches, markets and festivals
Casa Grecino has much to offer in terms of activities. A supermarket with an extraordinary fish selection is located right in the neighborhood. Around the corner from the shop is a pizzeria with patios where one can sit and enjoy the view. Additional restaurants and pizzerias are only a short drive down the road to Costa Rei. The picturesque village of Villasimius offers a variety of markets and folk festivals where you can enjoy the colorful hustle and bustle of goings-on in a typical Sardinian town. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy taking bike tours, wandering in the nearby mountains or exploring the diverse water sport activities on the legendary beaches of Costa Rei. During the off-season, shops and restaurants are still open in Olia Speciosa, just a few minutes away by car.
