The entire property of Villa Pino has been recently renovated. The apartment consists of a bright, functionally furnished living room in front of the fireplace and a kitchenette (no dishwasher). The apartment boosts air conditioning, a modern bathroom with shower and an architecturally attractive, oval bedroom. In fron of the living room, the partially covered terrace, furnished with a wooden table and chairs and the open-air relaxation area with two lounge chairs from where you can hear the ocean. A parking space is located within the fenced-in property.
The incredibly long, flat, white beach is less than a five-minute walk away, about 450 mt. In the summer months, guests can rent beach lounge chairs from the beach kiosk, making it easy to enjoy a relaxed day on the water. It is certainly worth a stroll along the beach to the north, and to the south, a footpath leads over small mountains and cliffs to the famous dunes of Chia. When travelling with a group of friends or a larger family, this property is available for rent in combination with the magnificent Villa Pino, offering six additional spaces. This residence includes a garden with a terrace and an outdoor grill.
Within the area
A small supermarket for quick shopping trips is reachable by car in just a few minutes. The nearby town of Pula offers a great selection of shopping possibilities, even the opportunity to buy your wares directly from the farmer himself. There you will find boutiques, plazas and churches for your shopping and sightseeing pleasure. A plaza with a church and an ancient stone wall invites a day of strolling. A major cultural attraction in the area is excavation site of the ancient Roman city of Nora, which was founded in 900 B.C. South of Pula, the white sandy beaches of Chia, with dunes covered in juniper bushes, and clear Caribbean-like waters beckon for a visit. Sporting opportunities are ample in this area, including golfing at Is Molas, horse riding excursions, and boat rental from the private yacht club of Cala Verde. For sailors and surfers, the winds at Chia provide an excellent opportunity for adventure.
