Villa Fiori 1 – A typical Sardinian cottage with a private pool
The architecture and the ambiance of Villa Fiori 1 enchant guests at first glance. The obvious care and attention of the Sardinian designer are visible in the use of authentic material in the house’s construction. The area now belongs to a natural conservation region, and standing amidst the ancient juniper trees or the classic brick and tile mortar, one gets the feeling of belonging to a bygone era. The house offers abundant space to retreat and relax, whether you are indoors or outdoors in the ample greenery.
Villa Fiori 1 and Villa Fiori 2 belong together, but can be enjoyed perfectly as separate residences. Each guest can enjoy his or her vacation undisturbed given the spacious grounds of more than a hectare. Each half of the house has its own entry and completely separate pool area.
Villia Fiori 1 offers three bathrooms and five bedrooms. The two floors offer space for eight to ten visitors with three double beds and additional single beds. The walls of the large living area have visible wooden beams, creating a pleasant atmosphere in the open space. What would a Sardinian home be without a large fireplace by the dining table? This amenity of course has not been left out at Villa Fiori. The large country kitchen is authentic and yet offers the all the conveniences of a modern home: dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and a refrigerator with a freezer.
The Mediterranean vacation mentality starts with fresh air. A covered terrace with a large table for all the guests, a forecourt with pomegranate, lemon and apricot trees, and a pool area complete with lounge chairs and tables ensure that this aspect of your vacation will be met. People and Markets – Sport and Beaches
It is only a few minutes by car to the Sa Bacchixeddu, a family-run Sardinian restaurant. A few kilometers further on lies the town of Pula, which offers a weekly market on Tuesdays. Traditional shops, boutiques offering beautiful fashions and a plaza with an antique stone church and several street cafes await visitors. The town offers a wide array of culinary diversities from shopping in large market stores to purchasing your wares directly from the local farmers. For those who want to dine out, well-recommended restaurants are easy to find. One of the most intriguing cultural attractions lies just outside of Pula on a half-island. These are the archaeological remains of the ancient harbor city of Nora, founded in 900 B.C. South of Pula, the white sandy beaches of Chia, with dunes covered in juniper bushes, beckon for a visit. Sporting opportunities are ample in this area, including golfing at Is Molas, horse riding excursions, and boat rental from the private yacht club of Cala Verde.
