Villa Vavanna is located amidst an enchanting landscape of sandy coves, turquoise-blue fjords and astonishing rock formations. The villa overlooks the sea and can be reached by a short walk of two hundred meters along the well-kept garden and down to the sandy beach.

Villa Vavanna is a part of the Geremeas Residence, a private condominium which is accessible only to residents. The house, surrounded by olive trees and the typical Sardinian macchia, enjoys a nice view of the sea, thanks to its location on the pristine slope of a hill chain in the backcountry. An inner courtyard, protected from the wind, wreathed and shaded by creeping vines, makes an ideal breakfast corner. A beautiful, granite-enclosed, covered terrace with a traditional Sardinian barbecue evokes a certain Mediterranean flair. The dining table, which has space for eight people and the comfortable garden lounge chairs make life in the open air a pleasure.
A private villa by the beach makes for an ideal holiday
Villa Vavanna is a spacious house with bedrooms divided over two floors, making it possible for each guest to enjoy his or her own territory. The house consists of four bedrooms (of which two are double rooms) with a total of eight beds and three bathrooms (two indoor and one a practical “outdoor bath”). Villa Vavanna has a large, comfortable living room with a fireplace, stone benches, dining space for large groups, and a kitchen equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher and a large refrigerator.
In the area
There are supermarkets and restaurants in Torre delle Stelle, which is only a few minutes away by car. Other shopping facilities such as a weekly market and a wide range of local restaurants are to be found in picturesque Villasimius, ten kilometers away. There you will find a quaint Sardinian town on the sea, complete with piazzetta, church and a harbor.
