Constructed from pure Sardinian granite and designed to accent the region´s pastoral charm, Casa 20 lies on the Costa Rei in the region of Sant' Elmo in southeastern Sardinia. It's in the third row and only a couple of steps from the house to a gorgeous sand beach with crystal clear, emerald green water.
A house to feel good
Each of the houses in Villagio Rocca S. Elmo has been constructed from pure granite, and is designed to accent the region''s pastoral charm. The Villagio has been the recipient of an international Architecture Award. The villa has two bedrooms with four beds (one double and two single beds which can be united upon request) and an additional sleeping possibility in the living room. The well equipped kitchen has a washing machine and a dishwasher, but there is no oven.
A stylish vacation home with seaside view
Casa 20 has a charming exterior and many interesting architectural details. A traditional inner courtyard, protects from rough winds and offers privacy as well as a marvelous view over the sea. It is equipped with comfortable lounge chairs and partly with pieces of granite furniture.These antique elements perfectly complement the tastefully modern interior, designed in the Italian Style. The house has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds that can be joined upon request), one bathroom with shower, a second bathroom with toilet and sink and a living room with dining space. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. The house is nestled in a blooming Mediterranean garden with a well maintained lawn. Behind it only the evergreen macchia and pine forests sperate you from the sea.
As Casa 20 belongs to the village of Rocca St. Elmo,
which has been the recipient of an international Architecture Award, it enjoys an good infrastructure during summertime: a supermarket in very close proximity as well as a pizzeria, mini golf and car rental. Only a mile away, in the town of Costa Rei, you find boat rental, scuberdiving, tennis, horseback riding and much more. During off-season, shops and restaurants are still open in Olia Speciosa, a few minutes away by car from St.Elmo.
