Villa Pino lies to the south of Cagliari, in Santa Margherita di Pula. A typical feature of the region is its pine forests, which stretch for kilometres along the coast, framed by enchanting hills and foreboding mountains of the interior. Life in the South generally happens on the terrace, where a stone barbecue offers the perfect place to cook up a feast to be enjoying with friends and family around the huge dining table. Villa Pino has a dining room, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, integrated oven and all other electrical appliances, four bedrooms with double beds, four new, modern bathrooms (showers) and a separate guest WC. There is an external shower in the garden. The house also boasts a range of high-quality appliances: Every room is equipped with air conditioning and central heating. All bedrooms also have mosquito guards. Satellite TV and Internet connection are also on hand and can activated for a fee upon request. A small supermarket for quick grocery shopping can be reached by car in just a few minutes. The village of Pula offers a diverse range of services: groceries directly from farmers, good restaurants, beautiful boutiques and a village square with a church and old wall invite visitors to while away the hours. One cultural highlight in the Pula area is the excavations of the ancient city of Nora from the 9th century BC, located directly by the sea. Towards the South, the beaches of Chia beckon visitors to bask on the white sand whilst contemplating the clear blue sea and amazing dunes - some of which are up to 30 metres high. Sport activities: golf in Is Molas, riding stables, motor boat hire at the private harbour in Cala Verde. A tip for surfers and sailors - head to Chia, where the wind conditions are excellent!
