The pristine natural surroundings and absolute tranquility of the house make it the ideal location for a relaxing and reinvigorating holiday. The nearby sand dunes can be found decorated in dried seaweed at certain times of the year, a hallmark of wild natural beaches.

The comfortable, roofed terrace with its barbeque, a table for eight people and glorious blooming plants in combination with a beautifully integrated garden makes living in the fresh air easy to enjoy. Villa Federica is a well-maintained and spacious house, decorated with lovely old furniture. The villa has four bedrooms (eight beds in all), three elegant, white bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen that boasts a washing machine and dishwasher. The living space is completed with a spacious living room, characteristically decorated with red tiled floors. A large dining table invites good conversation and great meals. Cars can be parked on site in a covered parking place.
The local surroundings
The bustling village of Pula lies only ten kilometers away. There you will find a variety of shopping possibilities, restaurants and pizzerias. The beautiful beaches of Chia, with their renowned, juniper-covered dunes are only ten minutes away by car. Cagliari, the capital of Sardinia, offers a spectacular harbor quarter and can be reached by car in half an hour. Especially interesting for golf enthusiasts is the 27-hole golf course of Is Molas, counting among Europe’s most beautiful courses. Tennis courts are nearby, as is the private harbor of Cala Verde, where motorboats are available for rental. A supermarket with fresh baked bread and the daily paper is located just a kilometer away.
