A tastefully decorated fisherman’s cottage on the beach
Villeta Salvi is so close to the water that it could only be the vacation home of a fisherman. The Salvi family often caught and shared bucket loads of fish with the neighbors. The son of the family, who spent his childhood on Costa Rei, never lost his love of the sea. He became a captain and lives to this day on his boat in the Caribbean. Directly on the sea, with a view of the palm trees, is Villeta Salvi’s covered terrace. To be any closer to the ocean, one would need a boat. In the lazy heat of a midsummer’s day, it is the perfect place to take nap. Spending an evening on the lovely terrace makes it easy to forget that there is an entire house also to be enjoyed.
Villa Salvi is one half of a duplex. Completely independent of the neighboring unit, it has its own private garden and is separated from other homes by a small macchia forest. With three bedrooms, a kitchen and a large living room with an indoor fireplace, Villa Salvi has plenty of space to accommodate up to six people comfortably. Cozy sitting and dining nooks ensure that you and your guests will enjoy a contented evening at home. The kitchen is spacious and has all the necessary appliances, including a washing machine and a dishwasher. The terrace offers an outdoor fireplace, a fantastic place to spend the evening enjoying a glass of wine.
In the area
Many shopping opportunities, pizzerias and restaurants are reachable on foot. Once a week, the traditional weekly market takes place, where you can find a fantastic variety of fresh fruit and vegetables as well as local Sardinian specialty products.
