Villa Nodu Pianu Verde - a Beach Villa with Flair
surrounded by juniper shrubs, olive trees and evergreen macchia. Terrace and garden offer hideaways for any time of the day. The villa is part of the exclusive and quiet complex Nodu Pianu. However, you are only about 10 km north-east of Olbia and a jump from the busy Costa meralda. The spacious properties in the complex are perfectly designed to allow every guest to enjoy his or her holiday in peace. From your patio you have a spectacular panoramic vista of the sea at your feet, the shimmering grey, rocky mountains of the island Tavolara and of the evergreen scrub-covered hills all around. A wide stone staircase takes you through the garden directly to a small pebble beach with paradisical conditions for snorkellers. To the white sand beach of Nodu Pianu with its crystal clear water it is just a short walk (400 meters).

Villa Nodu Pianu Verde is the northern half of the double house Nodu Pianu Bianca. The two houses are mirror images and can be rented very well separated or by befriended families. The architect has well thought of designing them in a way that offers privacy. On the ground floor you enter into a spacious living room with open kitchen, all windows face the sea. The kitchen is well equipped and boosts refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. From here you step out on the panoramic terrace, from where it is difficult to leave again. One bedroom with double bed and private shower and lavatory is situated on the ground floor. There is also bathroom, which is accessible from the living area and from the bedroom. A marble staircase leads to the first floor where you find three further bedrooms, two with double beds and one with twin beds and a bathroom with shower. All rooms are spacious and bright, even if they are under the roof. The panoramic terrace is accessible from the upper floor. It is unfurnished and separated from the neighbouring house with a hedge of flowers.

In the area
Shops and restaurants serving pizza can be found in the neighbouring villages Pittulongu and Bados (1.5 miles), and in Golfo Aranci, a quiet town with a small harbour. In summer, the Costa Smeralda, with its famous and glamorous places like Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo, north of Nodu piano is a popular destination. Within a radius of 2 km you will find beautiful, picturesque sandy beaches: "La Spiaggia Bianca" towards Golfo Aranci or the beach "Marinella" in Porto Rotondo. A must is the beach "Cala Moresca" in Golfo Aranci, from where you can participate in guided tours of the Cape "Capo Figari" and see the Sardinian Mouflon.
