Villa Eleonora is situated on a park like estate close to the sandy bay of Is Suergius de Mari. The private house is very well tended and was built only recently. It is surrounded by blooming bushes and a spacious garden. Its unique attraction is a private pool. Within a few walking minutes only, hidden behind tamarisks, you will find a small bay, ideally suited for a morning bath prior to breakfast.
Villa Eleonora – a luxurious holiday home with ‘ambiente’
The residence, which stretches across three floors – basement, ground floor, and first floor – offers 4 bedrooms for 7 people. Furthermore, there are two bathrooms, two living rooms and a well equipped kitchen for your individual convenience. It is needless to say that you will also find a dishwasher and a washing machine. The holiday residence is spacious enough to host one larger family or up to two smaller families. As a very special feature, an additional living room with a kitchenette and a second fridge is accessible from the terrace and garden area. At the same time, this fully equipped foyer separates the other sleeping and living areas spatially. There are two staircases in the villa. One of them leads to the first floor, where you will find a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The other staircase leads from the ground floor to the basement, which, through a skylight, is flooded by natural daylight. Here, you will find the spacious, bright eat-in-kitchen with the dining table as well as the adjoining area for relaxation with couches, a TV, and a fireplace. Passing through a door and a corridor, two further bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower are accessible. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a king-sized bed, the other one with a queen-sized bed. Three bed rooms in the house are air-conditioned or heatable during the colder season respectively. To enjoy the life outdoors the roofed terrace with an own barbecue area in the garden leaves nothing to be desired.

Is Suergius de Mari, the resort the Villa Eleonora is located in, was designed in a child-friendly way and is therefore especially attractive for families. On the beach, which is close to the villa, you are able to rent deck-chairs, sunbeds and boats. The 27-hole-golf course of Is Molas is only 3 km away. All kinds of restaurants and shopping facilities can be found in Pula, which can be reached by car in only a few minutes or by a lovely walk. The capital of Sardinia, Cagliari, is only 31 km away.
