The owners of the villa are a Sardinian family from Cagliari. Villa Porto Sa Ruxi belongs to a private condominium, which is guarded in the summer and is exclusive to its residents. Guests have a large swimming pool at their disposal that they can reach from Villa Porto Sa Ruxi on foot. Two tennis courts are available in the area, and a small fee is charged usage. The house is surrounded by a generous, sunny garden with gnarled olive trees and typical Mediterranean shrubbery. Located on the slope of a hill, the house enjoys a magnificent view of the Porto Sa Ruxi bay as well as the pristine hill ridge of the backcountry. A pergola with a barbeque and a dining table for eight is located in the inner courtyard, and another covered terrace with comfortable seats and garden lounge chairs give you the true feeling of Mediterranean relaxation.
Villa Porto Sa Ruxi has four bedrooms with eight beds, (two double-bedrooms), three comfortable bathrooms (one of them in the depandance), a large, comfortably furnished living room, a large kitchen with room for eight around the table and an inner courtyard with a breakfast nook and dining area. The kitchen is very well-furnished and equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher and a large refrigerator. In the living room you will also find a television with a satellite receiver.
In the area
Supermarkets and restaurants can be reached by car in about five minutes. Additional shopping facilities, a weekly market and a large choice of local Sardinian restaurants can be found in Villasimius, only ten kilometers away. There you will find a picturesque Sardinian town complete with its own piazzetta, tennnis court, church and harbor.
