Villa Chia Mare is the perfect place to discover unadulterated harmony with nature during the finest weeks of the year. Here, you will find the ideal conditions for enjoying a relaxed and undisturbed existence at one with your surroundings: the terrace with grass area and Mediterranean trees and shrubs offers an 180-degree panoramic view over the sea and the unique Chia bay. Below the villa, other private villas are scattered over the hillside, alongside the prestigious Hotel Chia Laguna. This establishment was constructed using natural stone typically found in the area, thus ensuring its harmonious integration with its surroundings.
The exclusive villa is made up of a main house with three bedrooms (two double bedrooms and one with two single beds) and one bathroom with separate WC, in addition to an annex house with one further bedroom and a generous-sized bathroom. The living room in the main house, which features ceiling-to-floor windows, tasteful suite seating and a large fireplace, was meticulously decorated by the owner. Like this room, the kitchen, equipped with washing machine and dishwasher, also reveals awe-inspiring panorama views. With such a landscape, cooking becomes a real pleasure. A golfer’s dream: just a short walk from the house leads guests to a 9-hole golf course directly behind Chia beach.
In the vicinity
A supermarket and the Piazzetta at the Chia Laguna Grand Hotel with restaurant and pizzeria are just a five-minute walk away. Other shops, several good restaurants and fruit and vegetables directly from farms are available in Chia village, which is just a few minutes' drive from the villa. The lively village of Pula is approximately 15 kilometres from the house, offering a wide range of shops and boutiques, a weekly market and a large selection of traditional restaurants.
