A delightful vacation, shady gardens and the
sea.
Residence Right on the Sea. The charm of Is Suergius de Mari
lies in its position on a quiet, isolated inlet free from mass tourism. A
secluded terrace, a heavenly garden, and a shaded, ivy-covered Pergola all add
magic to the Mediterranean atmosphere. Hidden behind tamarisk plants lies a
small peninsula where you can swim or stroll. During certain times of the year,
dried seaweed can be found on the beach of Is Suergius bay. Nonetheless, this
hardly detracts from the place's charm. Three houses share spacious park-like
grounds. Separated by hedges of white and red blossoming oleander, each villa
has its own private, secluded garden, at least two baths, and three to
four bedrooms.
All of the houses are two
stories
On the upper level is an intimate terrace from which you can
enjoy unparalleled views of the sea. A generous-sized, beautifully decorated
living room; a lush garden; and a pergola with comfortable seating and reclining
furniture help create a vacation atmosphere. The kitchen is well equipped. All
houses have a washing machine, and the corner houses also have a dishwasher. Its
spaciousness and exceptionally child-friendly layout make Is Suergius de Mari
especially attractive to families with children. At the same time, the extensive
grounds and their rich foliage also guarantee that adult guests can enjoy the
peace and quiet they seek. At the beach in front of the house is a small boat
rental shop. The 27-hole golf course of Is Molas is only a 2 miles away.
Restaurant and shopping are only a couple of minutes
away by Car. Cagliari, with its atmosphere of a Mediterranean port, is
within easy reach. When you are done exploring its quaint winding alleys and
thousand of boutiques, the Village of Pula lies just around the corner. On
Tuesday is Market Day. In summer Pula's piazzetta serves as a venue for street
dances and concerts.
