Villa Sabina - a charming holiday home on the northern coast
Villa Sabina lies on the northern coast of Sardinia, a private row house with a view of Corsica. The villa is located about 2 kilometers from Vignola near a long sandy beach that sees few visitors, even in the middle of summer. The house has two separate units (one in the basement) and is thus ideal for two families.

 
A wild and fragrant garden
The Mediterranean terrace affords the visitor an outstanding view and is decorated with comfortable furnishings. Sunny western exposure and a sheltered garden set the stage for a relaxing vacation. Villa Sabina is a free-standing house and both units have two bedrooms. One bedroom of each unit has a bunk bed. The house has a tastefully done interior with new furniture. Both kitchens offer all the necessary appliances and the house is well-equipped with a washing machine and a dishwasher. The lovely terrace and an outdoor brick barbeque invite you to spend as much time as possible in the out-of-doors.

In the area
This residence is part of a collective of 50 villas that were constructed a few years ago on a hill overlooking Vignola. A tennis court facility with floodlights for evening games is reachable on foot. The beach is only a half-mile away. Restaurants and supermarkets can be found in the vicinity. Rustic restaurants and other dining experiences, as well as shopping opportunities await you in Vignola (1/2 mile) and Santa Teresa (12 miles). Olbia, Costa Smeralda, and Porto Torres can be reached in about an hour by car.
