A private villa surrounded by undisturbed nature
Villa Augusto lies on a private property in one of the few remaining undisturbed natural areas of Sardinia. The coast of Geremeas is characterized by emerald green fjords, bizarre cliff formations, and a single lonely beach which lies a mere 150 meters from the house. The breathtaking scenery is further highlighted by a forest of Eucalyptus trees in the backdrop. The villa belongs to the Geremeas Residence, which encompasses additional buildings. The well-tended property and the exclusive vacation homes of this estate blend harmoniously into the idyllic scenery. Multiple towns and small, romantic coves are easily reached with a short car ride.
A roomy villa with flair
Privacy and tranquility come hand-in-hand with a vacation in Villa Augusto. The house is cleverly designed and situated up on a hill, offering a clear view of innumerable plants, trees and the surrounding landscape. The ample living and sleeping quarters spread out on multiple stories of the house. Eight people fit comfortably into the sleeping spaces, with two bathrooms at your disposal. The bedrooms are bright and cozy, decorated with functional wooden furniture. In the large living-room, decorated with nostalgic and comical modern accessories, you can let yourself relax easily into an evening at home. This is especially inviting when the fireplace is lit. The fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of space for movement and a door leads out to a patio behind the building. The covered outdoor area with a built-in stone grill fireplace lies on the ocean side. From here you will glimpse the lovingly tended and spacious garden. An apricot tree, blooming Bougainvillea and green Sardinian shrubbery make for
fantastic viewing and often invite feathered neighbors. When needed, a white wall can be arranged to provide privacy from neighboring properties. The terrace is wind-protected and attractively gardened, with vines and climbing plants providing shade. A lovely beach lies only five minutes away reached by a short walk on a quiet path.
Shopping possibilities and restaurants.
To get your supplies, you won't need a car. A supermarket and two very good restaurants are only a few kilometers away in Torre delle Stelle. Further shopping possibilities, including the typical Sardinian weekly market and a larger assortment of first-class restaurants, boutiques and sporting opportunities are found further north in the beautiful town of Villasimius. Its sands are incomparable among Europe's beaches and because of the deep blue color of the sea, have become famously known as the Sardinian Polynesia.
