m away, where a private beach umbrella awaits you, the untouched nature and the
absolutely quiet location of the house make an ideal framework for a restful
holiday. On some seasons, in the sandy bay you will find dry eelgrass, a typical
feature on beaches that are left in their natural state. The famous dunes of
Chia, beside the turquoise-blue water clear as glass and the white sand beaches,
are only a 10-minute drive away.

beautifully cultivated gardens make life in the open air a pleasure. Villa Pola is
a roomy, well-maintained and stylishly furnished semi-detached house with
a markedly personal atmosphere. Apart from the living room with its fireplace and
lovely furnishings, from which you walk directly to the spacious terrace through open doors,
the house has 5 air-conditioned bedrooms with 10 beds all in all (the cost
for air-conditioning is separate), 5 bathrooms and a large, perfectly furnished kitchen
with dishwasher and washing machine. The estate has a large barbecue and two
parking places.

Villa Pola offers exceptional sporting facilities.
There are tennis courts in the condominium to which our guests have access.
South of the condominium bordering Saia is a yacht harbour for renting boats.
The Is Molas Golf Course is a 5-minute drive away. There are several stud farms
close by. Pula, 6 km away, has all kinds of shopping centres. A well-stocked
supermarket is available just outside the condominium at a walking
distance.
