On the Sea, under Pines
Villa Pino lies near the beach surrounded by a captivating Mediterranean landscape. Located in S. Margh. di Pula in Southern Sardinia, this residene is no more than 200 yards from Cala Marina, a gorgeous beach of white sand . Villa Pino rests on large, private groudnds covered with shady pines. The beautiful garden appartment
offers three bedrooms with handmade wooden furniture, two
roomy bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen constructed of wood, with a washing
machine, and a large living room with comfortable seating and dining quarter. A
large covered terrace with garden furniture, dining table, and barbeque, can
hold up to ten people. This single-storey property has a car-parking space on
the grounds. The grounds are fenced in, and accessible through an electrically
operated gate.
A house on the beach
To the right-hand
side of the gently sloping, long stretch of sandy beach right in front of the
house, there are interesting cliffs with small natural caves, while to the left
it is tempting to take long strolls along the beach. It is also suitable for
young children. During the summer months, there is a kiosk offering the things
that make a day on the beach pleasurable: ice-cream for the children, a cool
beer, a snack between meals and sunbed rental.
Villa Pino is part of the Condominium Cala Marina,
a
collective of excusive private villas. In the summer months, notably July and
August, you can rent ambrellas at the beach and eat at the
restaurant. Shoppping is available at the nearby supermarket. The golf
course on Is Molas is only 3 miles away, and in the immediate vicinity is a
private yacht club, Cala Verde. Restaurants and shopping opportunities of all
kinds await you in Pula and its surroundings, only 5 minutes away by car.
