A beach villa - surrounded by
fascinating Roman cultural sites With a view of the ancient tower,
Villa Nora lies right on the sea on the magnificent sandy bay at Nora, in a
garden with centuries old olive groves. There are several private villas in the
park, which is fenced in - Villa Nora is right at the front. Its unique location
and its stylish and luxurious furnishings make this holiday home one of the
loveliest properties in southern Sardinia. The exclusive atmosphere of a holiday
home right on the beach that leaves nothing to be desired is the highlight of a
trip to Sardinia. The building's exterior walls are already built on the sand of
the bay. From the terraces, bath and bedrooms there are views over the white
sandy beach with, in the background, the Nora tower and Roman town of the same
name, where concerts by internationally known artists take place regularly
during the summer.
Villa Nora – the Queen of
Villas
The 560-m² living-space stretches over 4
floors, which are connected by a staircase as well as a lift. The villa boasts 5
double-bedrooms, 5 bathrooms with whirlpool baths, a large living-room and
dining-room, a separate billiard room as well as an elaborately equipped
kitchen. A great many terraces overlook both the sea and the garden and this
gorgeous house is rounded off with a bedroom on the top floor that has an
all-round panoramic view as a special feature. The expensive furnishings display
a cosmopolitan and comfortable atmosphere that reflects the quite special charm
of its Tuscan owner. Kitchen and service staff can take charge of culinary
delectation on request and subject to an extra charge. There is also a luxury
apartment belonging to Villa Nora with its own separate entrance, which is
rented out separately from the main house.
In the immediate vicinity
Villa Nora is only 2 km away from the town
of Pula and 500 m separate you from the Roman excavations. The Hotel Baia di
Nora, which is well-known for its excellent cuisine, can be reached in a few
minutes walk. What's more, the typical Restaurant Su Cunventeddu, which has been
built from the walls of an old convent, is right by the front door. There is the
full range of shops available in the lively town of Pula, where you will also
get to know the typical Sardinian lifestyle - with its lively street markets and
parties in the Piazzetta [main square]. There are various sports available on
the beaches. Especially attractive for golfers: one of Europe's most beautiful
courses, the Is Molas golf course, is only 10 minutes away from Villa Nora by
car, as well as the Chia sand dunes, whose beaches, with their crystal-clear,
turquoise-blue waters, are among the best on
Sardinia.
