Stunning Scenery and Architecture
Sardinian deer live in the woods around Villa Fiori. Sometimes at night the deer decide to dine in the gardens of Villa Fiori, making a meal of hibiscus, fruit trees, and flowers. It's not unusual to encounter deer and pheasant on your way back to the house.
Villa Fiori 4
This villa has a living area of over 680 sq. ft., plus a patio. It lies beneath Villa Fiori 3 and out of view, with a separate entrance. Villa Fiori 4 consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a living area with fireplace, which is integrated with an open kitchen. In front of the living room is a terrace under pines. The private pool and second terrace can be reached by stairs. The grounds include a stand of pines and a lawn.
Electric Appliances
Appliances include a dishwasher, washing machine, electric baking overn, large refrigerator with freezer and air conditioning. Air conditioning is available on request and is subject to a surcharge.
