Right on the sea
Only a few steps from a gorgeous beach, Villa Federica is a peaceful, private estate surrounded by a large shady garden rich in Mediterranean flora. The beautiful, not overcrowded beach (only a 150 yards away), the pristine nature, the crystal clear water, and the absolute quiet of the house make this the ideal place to enjoy a relaxing vacation. During certain times of the year, dried seaweed can be found on the condominium''s beach. Nonetheless, this hardly detracts from the place''s charm.
A private villa for discriminating guests
A comfortably furnished, covered terrace with
barbeque, magnificent blooming plants, and a spacious, beautifully landscaped
garden, make life in the open a real joy. Villa Federica is a semi-detached
house. Due to its good planning the house is completely independent and and optimally separated from the other half of the house, which is - apart from August - only rarely used by the owners. The house is very well maintained, with tiled floors and beautiful old furniture. The spacious living area consists of four bedrooms, three baths and a perfectly equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, of course.
Motorboat rentals, golf, tennis, boccia, horse riding
can be
arranged through the condominiums private sports club. A golf course is only five minutes away by car at Is Molas. Shopping of all kinds can be found in the lively village of Pula, which is 4 miles away. A well stocked supermarket can be easily reached from Villa Federica by foot.
