A Few Steps to the Sea
Villa Carla lies unbelievably close to the sea. With this kind of location, it's easy to indulge in luxuries such as a morning swim. The beach is broad and covered in light colored sand; the water near the shore is shallow and turquoise in color
The house features a covered terrace
with grill and a large garden table, with plenty of seating for any friends you make during your visit. One enters the terrace from the living room, and from here accesses the garden. With its garden and comfortable furnishings, Villa Carla is also ideally suited as an off-season residence. This residence includes three bedrooms with six beds and two bathrooms. The kitchen is roomy, with a washing machine, dishwasher and a good assortment of appliances.
The living room features exposed wooden beams
(as does the rest of the house) and offers cozy seating and a dining area near the fire. The house is not attached to other residences and includes a well cared-for garden with an old stand of trees and beautiful shrubs.
In the Area
All kinds of shopping, pizzerias, and restaurants are accessible on foot. Once a week the traditional market offers you a big variety of fresh local fruits and vegetables, regional specialities and traditional craft products.
