Villa Bella lies on a cliff with imposing granite formations and typical Mediterranean vegetation. The villa has a large, covered terrace all the way around it, and a breathtaking view of the sea. The upper level of this spacious dwelling contains a lovely living room and dining room as well as three double bedrooms, one of which doubles as a studio apartment with its own entrance, bathroom, cooking niche and idyllic terrace. The house has three bathrooms and an extremely well equipped kitchen, with a washing machine and dishwasher.
The lower level consists of a separate apartment for friends, relatives or children consisting of a kitchen, two bedrooms and one bathroom.
Surrounding area; shopping
There’s plenty to do and see in Caligari and the beautiful surrounding area. Motorboat rentals and a scuba diving center are very close by, and restaurants and two well stocked supermarkets are only a few minutes’ drive away.
