Enjoy 270 degrees of breathtaking view of glittering aquamarine water, so clear that you can count the individual stones on the seabed. In the distance you can see the picturesque panorama of the island’s capital Cagliari, and you have an “own” cove where you can descend to, only equipped with a beach towel and your bathing togs – these are the ingredients of Mediterranean holiday dreams. A beautiful sandy beach is only 1 km away.
Breathtaking view of the sea
Villa Bella lies on a cliff with imposing granite formations and typical Mediterranean vegetation. The villa has several large, partially covered terraces all the way around it, and a breathtaking view of the sea and the Gulf of Cagliari. During some summer nights the red sun sinks in the water. The spacious and tastefully furnished house contains a lovely living room and dining room as well as three double bedrooms, one of which is accessible from the outside. The house has three bathrooms and an extremely well equipped kitchen, with a washing machine and dishwasher. One of the bedrooms is part of a smaller apartment with a kitchenette, a bathroom and an idyllic balcony. The lower level consists of a separate apartment for friends, relatives or children consisting of a kitchen, two bedrooms and one bathroom.
Surrounding area
There’s plenty to do and see in Caligari and the beautiful surrounding area. Motorboat rentals and a scuba diving center are very close by, and restaurants and two well stocked supermarkets are only a few minutes’ drive away. The surrounding sandy beaches as well as the lagoon of Villasimius, which is among the most beautiful costs of Sardinia, can be reached within a few minutes’ drive.
