The Former Farmhouse

In the Middle of Mimosa and Wild
Juniper
This former farmhouse has been tastefully renovated with a
view toward preserving the original architectural details. The result is a
country summer house with its own character that is perfectly blended into the
landscape. The U-shape of the house creates a wonderful inner courtyard, which
is furnished with a large dining table and stone barbeque. In place of the
classical terrace, a gravel forecourt with comfortable seating retains the
country character of the estate.
A Roomy House, Even for Two Families
Villa Beatrice has
five bedrooms with a total of ten beds, only one of them is actually a king size
bed, two bathrooms, and two separate restrooms. The upper level can be accessed
by outside stairs and includes a large, furnished terrace with views of the sea,
a bedroom, and a bath. The small living room has its own fireplace. The kitchen
is roomy and equipped with a range of electrical appliances. The house is
simple, but tastefully decorated.

Restaurants and shopping
opportunities of all kinds await you in Muravera and San Priamo, which is only a
mile away. Nearby beaches include Torresalinas, Capo Ferrato, and Costa Rei.
Cagliari and the airport are only a 45-minute drive by car.
