Villa Aquila comprises two luxury apartments and is therefore ideal
for two families of friends on holiday together. The house has 4 bedrooms
for 8 people altogether (an extra bed for a further guest is possible), four
bathrooms, along with two spacious, pleasantly furnished living rooms with dining areas
and fully equipped integrated kitchens (including dishwashers in the upper
appartement and washing machines in both appartements).
The local surroundings
You will find all sorts
of shops, restaurants and pizzerias in the lively town of Pula, some 6km away.
The beautiful beaches at Chia and their juniper-covered dunes, which are some of
the best in the whole of Sardinia, are only 20 minutes away by car. Cagliari,
Sardinia’s ancient capital, with its marina, idyllic harbour quarter and
majestic Castello, is roughly half an hour away by car. Of special interest to
golfers: the 27 hole Is Molas course is very close to the Villa.
