Villa Anna is situated on one of the most beautiful stretches of land in Southern Sardinia, noted for its dreamy sandy inlets, emerald green bay, and intriguing rock formations. The residence is only 150 yards from a magnificent sandy beach. Looking out among the bushes and trees you can make out the reflection of the nearby sea.
An Enchanting Hillside Villa
Villa Anna belongs to the Geremeas Residence, a well cared for condominium, that is only accessible to residents. Because of the hillside location, the house and garden are beautifully landscaped and possess their own individual charm. The upper plot of land features two small lawns and a stone outer stairway leads to a private parking spot surrounded by red bougainvilles. The garden is enclosed and completely secluded.
The house consists of three bedrooms
with seven beds, two bathrooms, a roomy living room with a dining area and fireplace, and a well equipped kitchen with a washing machine (although no dishwasher). A beautiful terrace with comfortable garden furniture, an outside fireplace, and a picturesque outside shower make life in the fresh air a true pleasure. A particular scenic spot is an ancient, wild olive tree through whose branches the sea shines. Until now, Villa Anna was used exclusively by its owners.
In the area
Supermarket and restaurants can be found a couple of minutes away by car in the Torre delle Stelle. Additional shopping opportunities, a weekly market, and a large selection of regional restaurants can be reached in a couple of minutes by car in nearby Villasimius, a picture perfect spot with its own piazetta, church, and yacht harbor.
