From the gentle slope on which Villa Demurtas rests, one can enjoy a clear view of the turquoise blue waters of the Costa Rei. It's only a couple of minutes on foot to a wide beach covered with white sand.
Life in the Open Air
The airy, covered terrace is blessed with a light cool breeze in summer, and is an ideal place to relax. In the evening, you can watch the moon as it slowly rises from the sea. Cozy seating around the Sardinian barbeque is the favorite meeting place for the family and guests. The large, fantastically cultivated garden is covered with hibiscus bushes and baobab trees. It includes a carefully cared-for lawn, outdoor shower, and is secluded from those passing by.
A Warm, Typically Sardinian Atmosphere
A cozy indoor fireplace, exposed wooden beams, and comfortable seating make Villa Alessia an ideal "family house," even during the off-season. Villa Alessia is free standing and has three bedrooms with a total of six beds, two bathrooms, and a well equipped kitched with a dishwasher and washing machine. A street running between the house and beach is out of sight and easy to cross.

A paper stand, restaurants, pizzerias, a weekly market, and all kinds of other shopping possibilities are easily reached on foot.
