new kitchen and a recently renovated bathroom, the roofed terrace and a
cultivated garden Villa la Roccia is a pleasure to spend vacations in. It has
two double and one single bedroom which is equipped with a spare bed, a tastefully
furnished living room with lounge and dinette and a fire place. The kitchen is equipped with
dishwasher and a washing machine. Out on the terrace you find a dining table, a porch swing,
and two comfortable recliners.
In front of the house the
lawn slowly becomes Sardinian macchia, in which the practical outside shower is
hidden. Villa la Roccia is a corner house. The two neighbouring houses are owned
by the family of the owner of Villa la Roccia and are mostly only occupied in
August.
In the area
All kinds of shopping, pizzerias, and
restaurants are accessible on foot and opened daily in summer. Once a week the
traditional market offers you a big variety of fresh local fruits and
vegetables, regional specialities and traditional craft products.
