area with only a few villas. A chain of hills covered with evergreen shrubs
protects the rear of the house from the force of the wind. The terrace and
bedrooms have a view over the evergreen shrubs and the sea in the distance, with
the Serpentara Island. Here you will find all the prerequisites for restful and
undisturbed living in the fresh air: a beautiful, mature garden, a lawn with
comfortable sunbeds, a pergola with luxuriant, flowering climbing plants, a
barbecue where you can prepare local specialities to your heart’s desire and a
group of imposing rocks, set amongst the olive trees.

comfortable. The house boasts 3 bedrooms with 6 beds, a bathroom, a cosy living
room and a practical kitchen with a dishwasher. A washing machine is
available.
Shopping opportunities are available in the immediate
vicinity on the Costa Rei, along with restaurants and pizzerias. A restaurant of
the same name is close by, near enough to walk to, but far enough away not to
disturb.
