The garden of villa Le Ginestre 1 with its well-kept lawn is surrounded by palms, olive trees and magnificent, blooming bougainvilla. Villa Le Ginestre 2 disposes of a smaller garden. The bright and airy covered terrace overlooking the sea, with its barbecue and propped on granite pillars, forms the ideal backdrop for a relaxing life under the southern sky. On its ground floor and in the roomy, bright one-family units in the basement, the villas offer sufficient space for two families. Each half of the semi-detached units altogether has 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, there are two double-bedrooms with a bathroom and a combined kitchen-living room with dining space and a sitting area. In the basement, there are 4 more bedrooms and a bathroom, a fitted kitchen and a pleasant living room. A washing machine, a dishwasher and all indispensable kitchen appliances are available.

Right Next Door
Restaurants, boutiques and shopping centres of all sorts are within walking distance, making the dream of a car-free holiday perfectly possible. Muravera, the next town, is half an hour away. Cagliari and its airport is a good hour’s distance by car.
