Villa Rosa
is the middle house
between Villa Dali and Villa Erica and has two floors. Villa Rosa has three
bathrooms and and three bedrooms. The bedrooms and two of the bathrooms are
located in the 2nd floor, consicting of one double room with balcony and ocean
view, another double room and a bedroom for children. Villa Rosa accomodates up
to 6 people.
Both storys are connected through a staircase.
The living room is furnished comfortably with cozy brick benches, a well
euipped kitchen, but without dish washer and washing machine and a extendable
dining table. In front of the living room is a terrace euipped with comfortable
patio furniture and a beautiful garden. Behind the house you find a stonewalled
barbecue. A hedge screens the neighbouring houses from view.
