Villa Erica
is a corner house and has two floors. Villa
Erica has three bathrooms and three bedrooms. On the 2nd floor there are a
bedroom with king size bed, a bathroom, and a small balcony with ocean view. In
the basement is another bedroom, separated to the living area by a door. On the
1st floor Villa Dalia has two bedrooms - a double room and one for children with
two separate beds - and two bathrooms. It is possible to add one or two
beds to the childrens room so that the house accodates up to 8 people. Since the
staircase doesn't have a rail this house is not suited for infants and small
children.
The living room is furnished comfortably with cozy brick benches, a well
euipped kitchen with washing machin - no dishwasher - and a extendable dining
table. In front of the living room is a terrace euipped with comfortable patio
furniture and a beautiful garden. Behind the house you find a stonewalled
barbecue. A hedge screens the neighbouring houses from view.
The house is ideal for two families which want to spend a private
vacation.
