The Cala Sinzias roof-terrace apartment is situated on the wonderful sandy Cala Sinzias bay, one of the most beautiful areas in southern Sardinia and still largely undiscovered by tourists. There is an undeveloped hill behind the property and a footpath leads paste the flowering garden and shady trees to the beach in a couple of minutes.

Sun, moon and stars
The view from the lovely roof-terrace apartment overlooks orange grooves, evergreen macchia bushes and the white sandy beach of Cala Sinzias. Thanks to the agreeable fresh breeze from the nearby sea, it is comfortably cool on the terrace, even under the blazing sun. The Sardinian owners fulfilled a dream when they completed the roof-terrace apartment in 2006 and it is lovingly and tastefully furnished, complete in every detail. Except for the summer holidays, the guests in the roof-terrace apartment are the only occupants of the property. The approx. 60 square meter apartment boasts 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, a comfortable living room with a dining area, as well as a practical outdoor shower. A small garden behind the property also belongs to the apartment, a secluded little place with two comfortable sunbeds. The apartment is well-suited for all seasons, thanks to air-conditioning and heating.

Surrounding area
Cala Sinzias bay is a well-kept secret: apart from a typical beach bar, there is nothing but sea, sand and the southern sun - a little bit of paradise. There is none uf the usual tourist infrastructure, just a couple of local farmers selling fresh fruit and vegetables. A well-stocked supermarket and several pizzerias are only 2 km away in Sant'Elmo and there are a few restaurants nearby. Costa Rei is approx. 8 km away and there you will find all sorts of shops, restaurants, ice-cream parlours and a weekly street market. It is only about 10 minutes by car to Villasimius, the south coast's chic holiday resort with the Hotel Timi Ama Wellness Oasis and a large marina, where you can take day trips to the offshore islands.
